Where do you deliver?
Natracare EU currently delivers to The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany only.
If you're based in the UK or USA please visit: shop.natracare.com
Natracare is sold in stores all around the world, so if you live in another country, you can find out where to buy our award-winning, planet-friendlier products at natracare.com/where-to-buy.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on which country you are based and will be calculated on checkout. We offer free shipping when orders reach a certain order value, detailed below:
- The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium: Free delivery on orders over €20
- France: Free delivery on orders over €25
How will I get my order?
We offer delivery with tracking as standard. You’ll be sent an email with tracking information once your order is despatched from our warehouse.
Please make note of order cut-off times below and that delivery times vary by country and are not guaranteed.
Order processing times
We process all orders received before 2pm (CET) the same working day, Monday to Friday.
For Germany the order cut off time is 10am for processing for same day despatch.
Orders received after this time will be processed the next available business day. We’re unable to process orders during the weekend or during The Netherlands public holidays.
Order transit times
Depending on where you live, we offer the following estimated delivery times once your order has been despatched from our warehouse:
- The Netherlands: 1 day
- Germany and Belgium: 1-2 days
- France: 2-3 days
